Shipping
All items are in stock and are dispatched to you the same day of your payment being received and cleared (exc. weekends or Bank holidays).
UK Delivery: Next day but not guaranteed.
We will only send replacement items once our courier confirms the item is lost, this can take up to 14 days from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via email or telephone if your item is lost. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our courier, or by International Customs Inspections. if your country isnt covered please contact us for a shipping quote.


Returns Policy 
Customer can return goods without any reason within 14 days of receipt of order. A Refund will be given in full less delivery charges.
1. The buyer notifies us by email requesting a Return Merchant Authorisation number prior to sending the item back to us.
2. Agrees to pay the return costs and packages the item adequately to prevent any damage or returns it in person and the article is found to be free from any cause that prevents it being resold.

Under Warranty: In the unlikely event a product proves to be defective.
1. All items (unless specified otherwise within the product details) come with a 12 MONTH MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any liability for labour costs.
2. If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via email.
3. The Warranty is VOID if the installer FAILS TO FOLLOW the pre- installation instructions fully and/or damages the item.
4. We will only give a refund or replacement once we have received the old unit back and tested it.
5. All damages, shortages or incorrect parts must be reported to us on receipt of goods.


Limitation of Liability
NiVA Corporation Limited shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if NiVA Corporation Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


Typographical Errors
In the event that a NiVA Corporation Limited product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, NiVA Corporation Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. NiVA Corporation Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
